It seems you never ever visited any court room in India. The very fact this banging of wooden hammer on the table & calling order as seen in Indian films & T.V. serials are for your entertainment & not in actual life. The very fact the noise in actual lower courts is too difficult to control for one judicial officer & most of the cases are taken up & disposed of in all the noise. Hardly you see any judicial officer shouting order in the court room, its more like a fish market in lower courts & every one including the judicial officer is in hurry to dispose of the case, thats the reason one side the evidence by the witnesses is being recorded by the court steno & on the other side the ahlmed is giving dates to other cases & judicial officer is just passing his or her time talking to advocates & listening to their problems regarding taking next date for their cases. By chance if you see any lower court judge controlling the noise in the court room he or she will either request every one to keep silence or will walk back to his chambers to extra lot of people to move out of the court room so the proceedings can take place in more peaceful manner. Do visit some district court & see what all goes on there. As far High courts & the Supreme courts are concerned the law & order is well maintained as not all the people of general public allowed just as visitor & proper sitting arrangement exist for the advocates & parties whose cases are being heard. Here more disciple is being maintained by every one including the judicial officers & even seeking a date/seeking time for hearing is done only when the case is called not otherwise or just before the actual cases are being taken up as special mention..

A JUDGE in a court room is the supreme authority---order people to obey.He orders to stop the noise and disturbance that causes distraction,But allow Attorney to talk.Silence means no one should talk, move, then how the proceeding will continue? Silence and order do not fall in same category.

From what I know they say ORDER instead of silence because a people in the court room gets tensioned in the trail, there are even times that the people would even start a fight.

Because it's a "call to order" and the judge is ordering everyone to be ordered.
If there is not order after the judge orders it, he will then usually say, "SILENCE IN THE COURTROOM".
Geez man, don't you watch TV? ;-)

Absolutley!!!!!!!! She is breaking the law. You need to drive straight to the police station in the city you are ordered to meet at and show them your papers an hour before the designated time of drop off. Make the call to the ex and advise her that is where the drop off will be from here on out. She also can not speak ill of you in ANY manner to him. Make the drop off a positive experience for your child, if he is young enough. They will be happy to give him stickers and things to make him feel welcome for the few minutes you are there. Best of luck in your situation!

it is a process of law and order .
By order order, his lordship wants to put order in disorder prevailing, which could be as result of his earlier order or order of his orderly so that in disorderly way the order does not disorder the law which he wants to to understand in order to pronounce order on laws and facts.
It is due to the fact that many orders do not have proper law and lawyer find out law is not according to order. So lordship want order so that lawyers can present law in lawful and orderly manner.

We are experts in continuing to fallow the trends set by predecesors and don't take initiative to change inspite of solid reasons warranting the change.
