Dealing.. No. By dealing you are contributing to others use, and hence, it becomes a situation that concerns more than one person.

They Dealers make profit from Human misery for Money.

It (Dealing) should carry the death penalty.

I have seen many peoples lives ruined by drug use. Actually my ex husband committed suicide as an indirect result of drug use

I think use is a personal matter. But dealing? Some drugs (meth, crack, heroin), truly destroy people, do if you are enabling someone else to destroy their life, you are totally immoral (amoral).
