im a male but if the female who is the manager of my department says she will cut my hours if i dont date her will cut my hours down am i legally able to call that sexual harassment or sue over that.

Yes you can get sexual harassment for that. It doesn't matter if you are a male of female, if someone says something like that then you can file charges against them. Most males typically don't because they feel embarrassed, but it does happen a lot.

yes! I got fired from one of my very 1st job about30 years ago> I wouldnt have sex(not date) just sex with my boss and he fired him> I got him fired and $50,000.....From a large casino in Reno......and his wife divoced him he was sleeping with5 female emploees...he was a real jerk.
