My parent's keep opening my mail. Im 24 years old. What can I do, or scare them with.

Why are you still living with mommy and daddy?
If you are that concerned, rent a P.O. box and have your mail sent there.
Or get your own apartment................

Scare them? Why don't you surprise them and be 24 years old and move out. I'm sure they are opening your mail since you choose to act like a 15 year old and continue to mooch off them. Grow up and then open your own mail.

That's illegal. Threaten them with the Postal Inspector, then move out because they are not going to change. Alternately, get a PO Box and have all your mail sent there. You will have to let all your regular correspondents know.

I am sure you have already told them that you did not appreciate that, but if you did not, go ahead and tell them. If that did not or does not stop them, go to the internet and print the federal law governing mail and find the charges that could be filed, and show them to your parents.

Well buddy get your own house and then you can demand. No one there to open your mail. Parents are concerned and they want what is best for you... So you should not have mail come to their home. Pay for a Postal Box....

get a PO box and just pick up your mail from the post office. It's an extra effort but it at least ensures your privacy.
Better yet, move out. :)

Move the hell out of their house. As long as you are under their roof you will live by their rules and expect to have no rights of your own. Freedom comes with a price, pay it or shut up.
