You are right, I had a typo when I wrote El Qaeda instead of Al Qaeda. Having pointed that out I guess that exausts your intellectual capacity. Maby you could get somebody to help you with the substance of the question.

To Catch a Predator...we watch hundreds (litterally) of men being caught trying to have sex with minors. The number of predators is astonishing. Its sickening. But I'm finished with wondering how and why they become who they become. My next concern is...why is this not a concern of our government? Because its not. According to the Constitution...everyone deserves rights...rights. rights, rights.....what about the rights of the child? WHY do we allow these predators rights? Am I alone in this when I think that if you decide to commit an act against another person (whatever it maybe) that the perosn should lose their rights? WHY should they be allowed rights when they take it upon themselves to take the rights away from someone else? I understand things are a bit more complex and there are many factors that need to come into play. But if there is an abundance of without a doubt evidence on the person..caught red handed type of $h!t (which happens on dateline everytime) WHY...read down

I know people sometimes need guns to protect themselves ,but there's no doubt that its way too easy for just anybody to get guns. Also, I think that there are many types of guns that simply shouldn't be sold to the public.

I usually can find this stuff just fine on the internet. However, I was feeling a little lazy today, and decided it was worth trading 10 points for an answer. http://www.miamiherald.com/416/story/181902.html
The defense attorney apparently asked anyone who hadn't masturbated to raise their hand. No one did. Then, according to an earlier version of the article, he asked the prospective jurors one by one if they had ever masturbated. Now, is it against the law to refuse to answer such a personal question? Thanks people.

a doctor whom after taking a child in to have a general checkup, the doctor says "I have concerns cause this child never talks and never smiles" in a doctor's office of all places. Then orders blood tests and makes an appointment to discuss results. The follow up appointment starts with asking questions like do you and your spouse fight alot and this looks like sexual abuse and accuses or asks if the spouse would ever do anything like that and if the spouse was the biological parent out of the clear blue sky just because the child doesn't smile or talk to more or less strangers in a doctors office? Suit for Slander and False accusations and mental anguish?

Why do some people choose to report people? I've never reported anyone on the simple grounds that if I didn't want to answer their question I wouldn't answer it. Nobody is forced to read anything.
I love parties with poodles and rice crispy treats...you didn't have to read that if you didn't want to.

I asked if they shouldn't be legal but alot if ignorant people had no good points, so thats what this question is for. So if you know nothing about guns and have nothing intelligent to say don't say anything because this question is not for you.

I worked for the C.I.A. for 5 years and have a class 3 permit for the rest of my life. I also legally have a fully automatic silenced AK-47 compliments of you tax payers, and its never been used for anything criminal. So dont make your point be that they're for assassination. So now that I'm a civilian whats the reason for me to not be able to keep it.

Remember idiots since your gonna answer anyway silencers dont make the gun anymore deadly

I know this question has been asked a thousand times before, but do you ever really get tired of answering it? Well, okay, actually I know you get tired of answering this question, but I don't care, I like asking it. Besides, it's an important issue and one that I feel should be repeatedly addressed because we get different answers from different people each time it's asked. The question's pretty straightforward: what do you think about torture? Is it wrong, right, or neither? If you agree that a nation/military should be able to torture its captives, why? And if you don't, why not? How do you defend your beliefs, and what is your reason for thinking how you do?

I live on a cul-de-sac and i also live on the corner of that cul-de-sac so its very difficult for me to park especially when it comes to parallel. the neighbor to my right has two cars in front of it and the neighbor to my left usually has a car there so i virtually have no place to park because the space is limited. I have no choice but to park two houses down to my right so i can park. I had been parking in front of the house two doors away from me and they recently had taped a note on the window of my car telling me that i cannot park there.

I have been observing their parking area and no car has been parked there in over a week! Is there any law giving them the right to tell me where to park? If so, please send me some websites telling me this law full and full. I really need to some evidence to show to them that i can park wherever i please.

No one was in line when I found it on the floor.I put the bill in my pocket and walked out to my car all happy.Less than a minute later an elderly man asked me if I found any money in the bank as he misplaced some.I asked him how much money did you lose. He replied 100.00 I knew he was the rightfull owner.I reached into my pocket and gave him his money. All bummed out.Later I felt good about myself for doing the right thing.

What entitlements would I have had if I told him no.
Is this a case of finders keepers? Anyways I felt I did the right thing. Comments?? Thank you and sorry for such a long question>

I got a big envelope in the mail yesterday. We've been separated for years, and all of a sudden I get notice from an attorny that my husband has filed for divorce.

It says if I do nothing the divorce will go through automatically. Somehow that didn't sound right. I thought both parties had to sign for a divorce to go through?

I've spent the last 5 years raising our daughter as a single parent with no financial help from him, and he's waited until she's 20 so I can't claim child support. I don't want alimony, but I would like him to pay the credit card debt I've racked up trying to pay for her education, so I can start over with a clean slate.

It says I have 30 days to respond, what's the next step?
