She doesn't always want to go to her fathers house on his weekends. Do I have to send her or can she make her own decision?

The divorce decree states what should happen. Maybe she can work something out with her dad. Explain why certain times don't work out, and offer different times. He might respond to a mature teen better than legal threats.

If her father insists and it is part of a valid court order, she has no choice in the matter. However, if they both agree it's fine. I would suggest that you re-nogotiate his visitation rights. Often, in most states when a child is 14, they can make their own decisions about which parent they would like to stay with

You do not say which country you are in, as this would possibly change the answers.
A) In Australia, if she is over 16 then she cannot be made to visit her father or non-custodial parent.
B) In the US it varies between states and the custody agreement.
C) In the UK I believe, but I am not absolutely sure, that she can not be forced to visit the non-custodial parent if she is over 16.

Let her make her own decsion cause there maybe factors contributing to the fact she doesn't want to go. I have a 16 year old and went through the same thing and forcing the issue will just cause her to hate you and her father.

i personally would say its her choice, but she needs to tell him that, legally, i don't know for sure. I chose when I was 14 that i wasntgoing to my mothers unless i had my license and a car due to a altercation with my step father. my mother wouldn't have taken it to court because he would have wound up in jail., and she wanted it to be my choice. I would say talk to a lawyer or a county representative

have her get an atty. and take dad to court to stop the visitation.

If it's in the custody agreement that she goes...she's a minor and she goes.
