I received few job offers about transfering money from mine to someone elses bank account. It really seeme suspicious to me. Is it legal? Can I get in trouble if I accept that offer? Someone will send money to my account and then I will proceed it on the other account. In my country we call it MONEY LAUNDRY and I think this is about it.
I would appreciate any help with this.

Anyone know where I can find a contract for my fiance and I? We are buying a home (but are not yet married and do not know what that will be), and would like a contract stating that if we were to break up, we would either:

a. Come to an agreement for one person to keep the home. The person keeping the home will "buy out" the other and giving them 1/2 the profit of equity in the home.

b. If no agreement can be made, we sell the property and split the profit.

About 1 year ago I came home and caught a burglar inside. At first I was just going to go back to my car, get my gun, and shoot the SOB. Instead I called 911 on my cell phone. Sheriffs were there before the guy exited. But I thought- what if the guy leaves? Should I shoot him?
Still don't know. Would it be legal (in Florida)? Would I have to shoot him INSIDE, or OUTSIDE?
Nobody seems to know this answer. Do YOU?

Don't give them any documents. And if they are forced to testify at any Congressional panel to plead the fifth. Over and over.

I would so love to see that; Democrats on these panel blowing a gasket because all they can get out of people is "I plead the fifth."

"What is your name?"

"I plead the fifth."

Where do you work?"

"I plead the fifth."

Internet companies have an invaluable role to play in the realization of freedom of expression and information. But in China and elsewhere, Microsoft, Google and Yahoo are instead aiding repression, censorship, and violation of fundamental freedoms.

Can I sue my employer? They sent me out on my garbage route during the 5th worst snow storm in ny history. Operations were suposed to be canceld and were through out the entire township. But myself and driver were in earlier and assumed we had to go and do the route. I tore tendons in my arm lifting garbage pail burried in snow. Surgery mademy arm worse. After pleading and begging for any other posistion through out the countries largest and richest township they laughed and denied any transfer. I filed for my article 15 disability pension and was granted my disability pension after being seen by retitrment pension doctor. BUT THE DISABILITY PENSION ONLY PAYS 33% OF MY AVG. SALARY. IN OTHER WORDS SINCE i COULD NOT MAKE END MEET ON MY REGULAR SALARY AS A GARBAGE MAN i NOW HAVE BEEN POVERTY STRIKEN ! OF COURE I CALLED EMPLOYMENT LAWERS BUT THEY DID NOT WANT THE CASE THEY SAID I SHOULD GO ON SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY. i TOLD THEM OF COURSE i APLIED FOR SSD BUT THAT TAKES 2-3 YEARS IN NY

I recently posted a resume on a job site, and have received a number of legitimate job opportunites. However, just recently, I received what seemed like a very legitimate inquiry to my resume, just to fill out a false online application. Under the guise that I was filling out an application for the position I posted, I soon discovered that the legitimate looking site sole intention was to collect my private information to sell to third parties. Upset, I went to "unsubscribe" to have my email removed but decided to read the policy first which added insult to injury by stating that if I added my email to "unsubsribe" that I would willing give these scumbags my permission to sell my information.

I was wondering if it is a violation of separation of church and state to outlaw gay marriage. Think about it. Why do all the people who vote no to gay marriage bills vote no? Cause they think homosexuality is immoral. What tell them that homosexuality is immoral? The Bible. Should politcians be able to use their religious beliefs to deny American citizens certain rights.

What does a person do when a city has city orinance and they allow their friends, and people with status to get away with not following the law or ordinance. where I live Firebaugh, Ca the Police turn their face the other way even if they know there is a violation, they claim they the P.D. is waiting for some one to make a complaint, even if the violation is obvious. like a car parked in the same place for 5 Mos. on the street, dog of friends walking all over the place, garbage cans stay on curb 3-4 days. someone watering every day. yet everyone else has to #1. remove gabage cans from curb right away on same day.#2. water days odd & even no.of street address#3. dogs must be on leash yet some ones dog is all over town.#4. no car can be on street for days without being moved-or you will get taged. If you make a report first thing they want is your name and address what for so they can let that person know you made the complaint. yes and chances are that person will come after me.

I've been separated from my husband for almost a year and our divorce is almost final. It's been MONTHS since the kids and I have had any phone, email or otherwise contact from him (he lives in another state). The deadline for his response to the divorce papers served on him in May came and went with no response, so my lawyer filed a default against him, so I think he's basically waived his rights to see the kids unless he takes me to court and sues for partial custody. Is that correct?
