Nothing - there is no law against being a racist person, and your girlfriend has an obligation as a parent to keep her son away from people who say things like that.

Grow up and realize the world isn't going to live up to your expectations and there is no "legal" remedy for that.

If you are seeking legal advice (yes), consult any competent attorney. If you are searching for a method that will allow the person to change his behavior, possibly hypnotherapy will have an effect. Other than this, (threats may backfire), your best bet is get him a book or two on the origins of humanity, like "the seven daughters of eve" by brian sykes. Science has laid the groundwork for our realization we are all brothers and sisters. ( I knew that!). Race, like religion, is an artificial wedge that serves to keep us apart, benefiting the hidden agenda of the powerful. That is my opinion.

Nothing at all, and you should not bother the police with your trivialities. Just remind him that you are his son, and that his attitude is upsetting you. If he doesn't stop, you will no longer want anything to do with him.

He has freedom of speech, even if what he says is prejudiced. If it is bad enough that you would want to bring legal action against him, why not just stay away from him?

Verbal assault is a crime and coupled with the racism, that makes it a hate crime. You should be able to call the thought police and have him drawn and quartered.

Get real!! Your dad is an ***, so maybe you should get some boundaries and not be around him!

You could try having a go at him?!

Tell him that you won't have anything to do with him anymore unless he stops being racist?

I agree with kja63 .. he's your DAD for crying out loud! Take him out for a beer, shoot a game of pool, and tell him it hurts your feelings and the feelings of a CHILD when he says those things. Ask him to stop.

This is a no-brainer.
