If someone kept calling me in the midnight, maybe mischief or what, and I made a police report, will he got arrested at the airport when he comes to USA ? (He is not a US citizen.) I assume phone calls in midnight could be considered harassment. so this is like felony crime or misdemeanor, not civil matter.

A couple of years ago I filed a sexual harrassment complaint against a male coworker. I received a letter from my boss that they had investigated it and that they agreed the behavior was questionable, but not grounds for termination. (He touched my breast)! A week later, I got fired for a bogus reason. They accused me of stealing, which of course I did not do. Now I come to find out that my former boss recently was fired from that company for sexual harrassment! Is this reason enough to prove that my firing was retaliation for filing sexual harrassment?

i have a 6 months tenancy agreement and my rent is £395 a month, i always pay at least some of my rent on the day its due but sumtimes i have not payed the rest til a couple of weeks later but have alway explained the situation and payed within the time limit i ave told him. i am a married woman with a 16 month old son and one on the way. he recently told me that if my rent is late again then he would start charging interest out of my deposit. he has also sed that he will serve me notice aswell, i thought that if he was to serve me notice he would have to go to court. the other thing i should pointout is that i have done work on the house and paid for that he should have done like replasterin a wall that fell down. the tenancy agreement small print says that if my rent is more than 21 days he can seek notice but not give, although my rent has never been more than 21 days late. please can some one advice me on this situation as the C.A.B. are always booked up. please help

The property line between my house and their house is unused field as we live in the country, 2yrs ago a new man moved in and has been harassing me about my dogs barking. The animal control agent has investigated and asked other neighbors in this rural setting if my dogs are a problem and has concluded they are not. The new neighbor is now determined that the invisible fence is slightly on his property/field. What can I do as the original owners were ok with this?

Do militiant liberals want US Government to issue Second Amendment Militia Certification for American based private security presently in Afghanistan and Iraq? If so, will such militia be the only Americans that Second Amendment would allow military value weapons? Could Liberals legally require US Government to order citizens who are not Certified Militia surrender all military value weapons? Federal Authority could suspend military value weapon sales, secure same ammunition stocks , deny repair facilities parts,
and Certified Militia could then be tasked to seek all Hostiles
that remain in violation of the Second Amendment. Profit
for militia would be percentage returned from assets that US Government can order frozen and siezed from violators. Will readers who own military value weapons surrender such if US Government and Certified Militia of Second Admendment so require? Will refusal to surrender then label same as Hostiles and subject to actions by Certified Militia?

Sudan: Two Darfuri women at risk of being stoned to death
16 March 2007
Who is at risk?
Sadia Idriss Fadul (female, aged 22)
Amouna Abdallah Daldoum (female, aged 23)
Sadia Idriss Fadul and Amouna Abdallah Daldoum, both from the Darfur region in western Sudan, are at risk of being stoned to death after being convicted of adultery. Their sentence could be carried out at any time.

Sadia Idriss Fadul, from the Fur ethnic group, was sentenced to death by stoning on 13 February. Amouna Abdallah Daldoum, a member of the Tama ethnic group, was sentenced on 6 March.

Both women were convicted of adultery by a criminal court in Managil province, in Gazira state, central Sudan. According to reports, the women had no lawyer during their trial, and were not able to defend themselves, as their first languages are those of their ethnic groups in Darfur.

The court proceedings were conducted in Arabic and the women were reportedly not provided with a translator. They have yet to lodge an appeal against their sentence.

Both women are married with children. They are currently in detention in Wad Madani women’s prison in Wad Madani, Gazira State. One of the women, Sadia Idriss Fadul, has one of her children with her in prison.

Take action
Please send letters of appeal to arrive as quickly as possible, in Arabic, English or your own language:

expressing deep concern that Sadia Idriss Fadul and Amouna Abdallah Daldoum are at risk of being stoned to death;
expressing concern at reports that this sentence was imposed after a trial at which the women had no legal representation and no translation of the legal proceedings into their languages;
expressing concern that one of Sadia Idriss Fadul has one of her children with her in prison;
noting that Amnesty International opposes the death penalty unconditionally in any circumstances;
calling on the authorities not to carry out the death sentence imposed on Sadia Idriss Fadul and Amouna Abdallah Daldoum.

Background information
The Sudanese Penal Code, which is partly based on interpretation of Islamic Law, allows for penalties such as flogging, amputations and deaths by hanging or stoning.

While Amnesty International does not take a position on Islamic or any other religious law, it considers such penalties to be cruel, inhuman and degrading punishments which are inconsistent with Sudan's obligations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). Amnesty International opposes the death penalty unconditionally and under any circumstances.

The two women were charged under Article 146 (a) of Sudan's 1991 Penal Code. Article 146 states that anyone having sex outside marriage shall be punished with execution by stoning when the offender is married (Muhsan); or one hundred lashes when the offender is not married (non-muhsan).
