Hi – I am an established seller on eBay. eBay has been my full time job for 4 years, and I have sold over 12,000 items.
It is a violation of eBay rules to sell unauthentic merchandise. You can be suspended, or even shut down if you do this. Purses and handbags are one category that eBay watches very carefully.
From the eBay help section:
Counterfeits, unauthorized replicas, unauthorized items (such as counterfeit watches, handbags, or other accessories) or unauthorized copies (such as copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs, or photographs) are not permitted on eBay. Unauthorized copies include (but are not limited to) copies that are pirated, duplicated, backed-up or bootlegged. It is illegal to sell unauthorized copies of media.
Guideline: If the product you are selling bears the name or logo of a company, but it wasn't made or endorsed by that company, don't list it on eBay.
Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:
Listing cancellation
Limits on account privileges
Account suspension
Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
Loss of PowerSeller status
Please email me directly and I can share more information with you.
Regards-

No--go read eBay's Rules and Policies, esp the items "not allowed" section. You cant mention the "coach" name if you sell these things. You would have to just say that it is a "designer inspired" purse, without using the name.

It is if Coach gets wind of the deal.
This is not "inspired by" or "similar to" - it's a counterfeit purse, pure and simple.
It is similar to selling burned Cd's of a newly released album - it really doesn't make it right to disclose the fact that it is not a genuine copy, does it?

Using their copyrighted name is a violation of copyright law and can cost you thousands of dollars in damages. My advice, DON'T.

no,they will stop your auction and if you try this a few times they will block you
Try www.ioffer.com or www.ecrater.com
Make sure you list it as replica,it sucks to lie about authenticity of a bag.

It is okay to sell it; it is not okay to import it. If Customs catches you, beware.
