I have a Dui on my record from almost 8 years ago! I'am planning a trip across the border for fall! Can I get in or will I get sent back? Its looking like my pardon/waiver is gonna take longer than Nov!

it really depends if you got the DUI in canada or in the US and if you got it in the US than it might depend on whether you payed the fine and everything. If you have a fine in the US you probably have a warnat for your arrest and they might not let you back into canada. if you got it in canada you shouldn't have any probablems coming into the states but going back into canada might be and issue

I didn't see anything in the requirements for a visitor visa that would cause a DUI to prevent you from entering the U.S. for your planned trip. Check out the link below on the procedures you need to follow to get a tourist visa.

Not likely you can get into the US with a DUI I know you can't get into Canada with a DUI
