One states that an unborn baby is not worth anything and can be disposed of without reguard.

The other one says that killing an unborn child can be punishable by a (second) charge of murder.

Both are laws, but the both clearly contridict eachother. So which is it?

If a man attacked a pregnant woman and killed her, he would be charged with (two) counts of homocide.

But if someone wants to murder their baby. Oh it's fair game..Its ok if the mom wants to.
But what about the father? Can the father charge her with homocide of their infant? Is it not his baby just as much hers?

So who is right?
The Unborn Victims of Violence Act?
or
Roe vs. Wade?

Why not give the choice to the landlord rather than try to change a culture from the top. All that will happen is that the small pubs will close down and the off liscence sales will climb - UNWORKABLE AND DUMB!

In the criminal law, a conspiracy is an agreement between two or more natural persons to break the law at some time in the future, and, in some cases, with at least one overt act in furtherance of that agreement. There is no limit on the number participating in the conspiracy and, in most countries, no requirement that any steps have been taken to put the plan into effect (compare attempts which require proximity to the full offence). For the purposes of concurrence, the actus reus is a continuing one and parties may join "the plot" later and incur joint liability and conspiracy can be charged where the co-conspirators have been acquitted and/or cannot be traced. Finally, repentance by one or more parties does not affect liability but may reduce their sentence.

Ok having said that doesn't everyone who supports abortion be charged with Conpiracy to complete first degree homoicide?

That would be a 30 year sentence and possibly a death sentence and or life sentence without parole.

My brother has a Last Will & Testament written in 4/02 leaving ALL property to a particular person, a previous significant other, (whom he has had little to no contact with in the past 3 years). My brother commited suicide recentley leaving behind a holographic will that was written in his own writing, that is dated and signed. This holographic will names beneficiaries, including myself (I am his only living next-of-kin). Question is this: Does this holographic will take precedence over his prior legally written Last Will & Testament?

I live in Ontario Canada. I have a laptop that I have been making payments on for 9 months. I need to sell it to make money to fix my car. However, I am supposed to be making payments for the next 3 years. I am planning on declaring bankruptcy in a month or so because of recent illness. Is it illegal for me to sell my laptop when I still have a balance owing, even if I am planning on going bankrupt?

All violent criminals should be shot and their families arrested and sent to hard labour camps. All drug addicts and alcoholics should be cut off from the dole and given hard labour. All people who have no intention of getting jobs should be forced into manual labour. Racists should be shot along with their entire families, rapists should be shot too. I think that our country would be a better place without these people and we would save millions in taxes........

Daniels has been living alone in a four-bed cell in Ward 41, a section of the hospital reserved for sick criminals. He said sheriff's deputies will not let him take a shower - he cleans himself with wet wipes - and have taken away his television, radio, personal phone and computer. His only visitors are masked medical staff members who come in to give him his medication. He said that he lost 50 pounds and was constantly coughing and that authorities locked him up after they discovered he had walked into a convenience store without a mask.

Should he be allowed to have a mirror, window, phone, or t.v. for not wearing a mask and possibly starting an epidemic as this strain of TB is antibiotic-resistant? What do you think?

It is issued out of the state of Maryland. I live in Texas. We never resided there, but the ex hub did, which is where the divorce was granted. He has paid less than $2000.00 in 4 yrs and does not follow support or visitation order. I have applied with the Child support agencies and they say nothing can be done in Texas. I cannot afford an attorney nor can I afford the travel expenses to go to court. Is there a way to do this myself from Texas?

I am currently in a legal battle at the moment with Paypal, as they limited my account for three weeks due to a debt in an account which is linked to mine. They have since released the funds, however I had already started the legal case and paid for the courts etc... I spoke to the courts who advised me with taking Paypal to court to claim loss of earnings, punitive charges and also to claim back the court fee's.
I feel that Paypal was holding my money and myself as ransom and they were also using Blackmail tactics, which is initially why i wanted to take them to court.
I am just curious to know now, what would stand higher, Paypal's terms and conditions or the law?
Paypal are sending me loads of jargon from their executive office saying that they were within their rules, but this is still blackmail, which is illegal.
Where do i stand?

Now the ex of the mother that supported this child has filed a restraining ored against the mother, because she allowed DNA and visitation to the birthfather. This is in addition to previous question: Can a man who is not the father or custodian of a child, but pays support, take said child from custodian?
childs birthfather has paid support and has had DNA tests to accuracy of this being his child. Birth mother acknowledges birth father. Her ex is trying to gain control of said child and has filed restraining order against the mother for allowing the child to see birthfather. The mother is not married to ex, but has a child with him.

How does the biological father keep this man from taking his son. Birthfather has paid support, does his visitation.

Every study that comes out further proves that pot is actually safer then alcohol, and this includes studies commissioned by the american government. Well over half the adults in this country have smoked pot.

Also, because it is illegal, sales of pot becomes a part of the black market and often brings perfectly innocent kids into contact with drugs that really are dangerous that they would have never otherwise encountered.

In Hinduism, one of the aim's of man is to free himself from the cycle and achieve the level of the gods. Hinduism, like ALL other religions aspires to take man to god, and to make man a part of god. Hinduism teaches that man should constantly purify himself, develop virtue, goodness and dignity with a sense of godliness. Even the religions of India's abrahamic people (christians, jews and moslems) teach values such as hard work, discipline, charity, masculinity, love, the discrimination between right and work, high standards and values, morals, and the idea that manliness is next to godliness.

Homosexuality is antithetical to these tenets in every way. Whereas ALL religions aspire to embody god in man, gayness aspires to destroy virtue and reduce man to the lowest of the low - the gutter and sewage levels. It is NOT natural. It is a disorder and a many have termed it a disease.

It can destroy a civilisation (like Romans and Greeks) if it becomes prevalent.
