Hello, I would like to set up a living trust. I have two questions.
1. I 'd like to prepare the document myself. Where do i get the template? I was told this site - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010014711033.aspx?pid=CT101435131033
But I don't know which form is for living trust for a single person w/o children.
2. Do I need a lawyer to record this or just have it notarized? If I only need it notarized, where do i record it to make it legal? Thank you.

I have been having a dispute with my landlord. I pay my rent on time every single month. However, she still complains to me about every little thing. Isn't this bordering on harassment? It's like leave me alone, I pay my rent on time so why are you bothering me. I am getting to the point that I want to take this person to court because of the mental anguish that she has caused. Anyone knows of any qualified attorney that would take this case?

I have calls 4 times a day on two phone numbers asking for me by my married name. I answered the phone today mostly because this is driving me crazy having all of these unknown number phone calls. The woman tried to make it sound like a family member was having an emergency and she needed contact phone numbers for my mother and father. I was concerned because my brother is in the army and thought it might have something to do with him. I give her my mother's number and tell her I don't have my father's and then she starts asking for addresses and where they work and all sorts of those type of questions (none of which I gave a direct answer to) and when I tell her I'm not telling her anything else until she tells me who she is with and what this is regarding. She responded "it is regarding a pending legal matter" After the call I research it and find out its a used car lot.My parents have been divorced for over 14 years Would this debt be invalid now? How can I make them stop callingme

I am thinking about taking my college to court because of an amount of money I believe to be due to me that they refuse to pay. What sort of lawyer/practice law firm should I seek?

I am having to pay fees at another university because my college does not offer the class that I need to graduate. I would like to sue for those fees.

At my husbands job, the company has asked the employees to order new uniform shirts at no cost to them. But when it came time for the men to pick up the t-shirts, they were told that they had to pay $60 for the once free shirts! That's $60 for only 3 t-shirts with the name of the company at the back. No special design or material. That price is excessive! But they were told that they had to buy the shirts or be fired.

A friend of ours told him to get an itemized receipt--and not one the secretary typed up! We were told we could use the receipt for tax purposes and personal knowledge and proof that the company is not cheating him.
What's more is that they want cash and not to take it out of their checks.

This is the same company that ended paying for overtime, ended offering benefits, ended giving raises, and on the payday told the men that they wouldn't be paid for a whole nother week! All of the changes were very sudden. They received no warning for anything.

I'm about to have a baby, and when I was pre-registering at the hospital they asked if I had a living will or medical power of attorney. Does my husband need a power of attorney to direct my medical care, or will he automatically have the authority to do so as my spouse? I'm just wondering if I need to rush and get him the POA soon, before I go into labor.

This sounds like a violation of my civil rights to me... am I wrong? My health plan does not cover treatment of cystic acne, which is a type of acne characterized by very painful, deep pus-filled cysts, for anyone over 20 years of age. They say that for people over the age of 20, treatment of this diagnosis is considered "cosmetic" and therefore, not covered. Yet, treatment of the the same diagnosis for someone under 20 is not cosmetic? This seems like age-discrimination to me and a violation of my civil rights.

The insurer has responded that more than 75% of the health plans do not allow benefits for the treatment of acne for people over the age of 20. Is this shockingly unconstitutional to anyone besides me? The reason I have cystic acne is because I have a diagnosis of polycystic ovaries which throws off my hormone balance. I have painful cysts all over my ovaries, should I really have to suffer with paiful cysts on my face too? Cosmetic, my @$$. Suggestion/comments?

My schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, thats what HR and I agree to. However we are short handed, and he is making other Co-Workers work Overtime on Saturdays 830am-5pm. I know I am next but I dont want to work OT. Do I have the right not to work? and tell him NO! please help! :(

Umm, yes I smoke and my job is making me take drug test next week. Besides not smoking anymore. Is there any solution i.e. drinks I could drink to clean me out and actually work. Only respond if you have actually done this, taken the test and passed. What exactly did u take/drink and how much do u recommend. I weigh like 160lbs.

I was evicted back in Feb. A judgment of $1662 was entered against me. I worked out an agreement with my landlord's lawyer where I could stay in the apt until the end of my lease, March 31st, as long as I made weekly payments of $200 towards the back rent. I made my payments as agreed & up to this point had paid $1200 & owed $462. It was also agreed that the last two months rent paid were to be applied to Feb & March's rent. The 2nd Sat in March the landlord left an invoice in my door where they were charging me for March + a late fee + a court filing fee. I moved out of the apt March 30th. The landlord claims I did $460 in damage to the apt & I still have an unpaid balance with them. So they took my security deposit & applied it to the damages (which they are entitled to do) & the unpaid balance & say I still owe them $164. So I’m confused, do I owe them $164 + $462? I should not have been charged for March at all and court costs were included in the judgment so what do I really owe?

And I am staying in Oman; however, I do not have any credit facilities in the country I reside, that is in Oman, do not have any bank accounts or connection to any credit institutions.

the deal is with it. He won't even communicate with me he intends to do it. He refuses to do call me. The secretary said all I can do is give him the message well I think there must be a way to get him to do does anyone have solution how to deal with this situation? Should I go down their and sit since where they know it me they put on the answer machine so they won't have to talk to me. You have to pay them upfront before they do anything? Okay, yesterday I went to an "America's Best Contacts" place... I am in a bind needing contacts and was only going there so I could get in out and on with my life. I got there at 12 (my appt was at 12:15) I sat there for an hour and was never seen. So I made another appointment for after work.
I came back at 4:30 and they got me in very quickly. While the lady was looking at my eyes she started yelling at me about some scarring near my cornea *the damage has been there for years* I tried to explain this to her and she yelled at me some more.
I was thinking to myself... okay, just put up with her ****, get your prescription and get out of here and you can do what you want! When I went to pay and check out she said "I'm writing you a glasses prescription" I was like... "What?!?! I have the same glasses prescription SITTING ON my FACE!" I walked out without paying~ I will not pay to be treated that way! I wanted what I wanted and she didn't give it to me is there anything they can do?
