If you turn over one tombstone you are in trouble. How can people rob our graves, not just artifacts but Geronimo's skull? Where is the justice there?

Sounds like skull and bones fairy tales. But, I would not put it past someone like W's dad, other than the fact, I cannot picture Sr. W getting his hands dirty. He may have paid a less priveleged underclass patsy to do it for him.
The legacy they have left is an embarassment but that is not enough punishment.
Sr ought to have to pay 10 x the taxes after promising Americans, "read my lips. NO NEW Taxes", Jr just needs to spontaneously combust.
No justice can be legally meted out unless the crime is proven and perpetrator is found.

Actually, it was the grandfather of George W, Senator Prescott Bush. Whites desecrated the graves of Indians for fun in those days. Despite that heritage, George H W Bush grew up and became a good president.
