This is a very tough question without a good answer.
In theory minors have the same rights as any adult, but there is ample precedent for violating these rights.
"Minors are the only class of persons whose rights may be disabled without a need to justify the disablement as arising from the need to resolve a conflict with the rights of others, either through statute or due process." (www.constitution.org)
A 10 year old can not be expected to consent to the same degree that a 21 year old can. So the courts look at each of these cases with an eye to precedent.
The best way to protect your rights as a minor is to understand and assert your rights.

The Constitutional limitations on individual activity based on age are limited to minimum ages to hold specific offices, and the 26th giving the vote to those 18 or older. Other than that, all provisions of the Constitution are age-neutral.

Children have the same entitlmenst as adults according to the constituion, for the most part. I dont have time to give you a list.

some things are age based like the vote age, but thats something the government set. it dosent adress age in the constituion.

You best bet would be to look up the laws for your state and country.. to see how things work for you.
