Is there any doubt the USA is the source of the most terrorism and toruture in the world today? Abuse, kidnappings and mass assassinations are routine in Iraq and elsewhere by USA troops and contractors (mercenaries) posing as Al Qaida...how gullible or stupid does the USA think of the world?

Guantanimo in CUBA (on more stolen land) is a national prison for the USA, now a gulag military state absent law and fairness. Idiot Bush is the USA buffoon King by default. USA is now degraded to become a cartoon, pathetic criminal state with absolutely no rule of law.

I sent a letter to the editor to my local paper because I believed that the school menu be changed in consideration of the lenten season. I asked that they switched Thursday's choice of fish burger to Friday. Because of the impact of my letter, the menu for the district was changed. I had stated that even tho there is church n state, that it states how the state cannot force someone or keep someone from practicing a religion. Serving the fish, did not force anyone to practice the catholic religion because there was still a choice of meat. That friday, a girl, threw tuna at me in front of the whole cafeteria making sure she had everyone looking. She threw the tuna said "heres ur f-ing fish" loud to turn the heads of the student body and told me i should have kept my mouth shut and not to bring religion into her life, as if all there was to eat was fish. Was i wrong in any way by sending my letter?

Many of the most outspoken opponents of abortion also oppose birth control, comprehensive sex education, and taxes that fund social services (education, Welfare, health care) that reduce the reasons for abortion; leaving many mothers without adequate resources to care for a child. Does this strike anyone else as a contradiction? How can we decrease the number of abortions in the United States while guaranteeing a high quality of life for all mothers and children?

my sister is involved a bad case. the father of her son (they arent married) in 2005 beat her up and took their child. because there was no custody the father was allowed to keep the child and didnt get charged. they went in for custody, restraining orders denied, and then he tried to rape her at a visitation trade off. afraid for her life and safety because she was getting no legal help she came out to me. i helped her secure an attorney for 1k. the attorney ended up knowing people in the case including the other attorney. after 6 months of the attorney not helping she removed her from the case w/o prejudice. the attorney never returned her evidence file which is extensive conversations, fraudulent bills, etc... about the things her ex has done to her and said. its a terrible case and now with her file stolen she cant get another attorney to help out without proof. how can we get the file back? can the attorney legally keep the evidence in california? help!

I was married 15 years to my ex-husband , we had one son. My husband told me if I would pay his life insurance premiums every month, he would put our names on the policy as beneficiary. So for 15 years I paid all his insurance premiums. When we separated, He told me the life insurance policy was worth about $100,000 and he was going to take our names off as beneficaries.. He died about a month ago, and his wife has filed a petition to probate his will. The article is addressed to and names my son and all and singulair heirs of said decendent , and to whom it may concern, This is to notify you to file objection , if there is any, to the above referred petition in this court on or before April 2, 2007.My ex-husband also had an insurance policy at the hospital where he worked. We need to look at the Texas State Bar site, get a complaint form and find out the rules of professional conduct.
One just needs to state on the complaint the EXACT rule that he violated. I think this is achievable.

I just took a trip to New Mexico and not everybody would accept my vertical license, which was issued by the State of Texas. They said that it was the law that you had to have a horizontal license to drink.

Is this a fact? Also, is this gonna be a trend that all states will eventually be this way?
