It's only right that he should. Bush and his staff are probably the one's who recommended that he fire them. He was only the hatchet man. He should have tried to be his own man, but that could have been one of the conditions for his appointment. We need to remember that these cabinet positions are very coveted by most politicians.

How many us attorneys did reno actually fire? I know you are claiming she wanted to fire 93 but did she? I don't think that happened and this point is turning into misinformation.

In the wake of 911,we as citizens of this country have often had to worry wheather or not our rights will be violated today, tommorrow, ect.wheather its the monitoring and eavesdropping on phone conversations,or just simply checking a citizens handbag,or pocketbook. We as citizens of this country shouldn't be subject to acts which violate our social
wellbeing, our movements, and most of all our rights to exorcise
any and all rights of the U.S. constitution. While most politicians
argue the ligitimacy of the war in Iraq, and the violations of human rights to the people of that country;no one has yet to argue the violations of civil rights for the citizens of this country....I'm sure that we can all agree that our elected officials
should be instrumental in being our voice in this matter from the Head of the House down to the Head of City Council, our voices need to be heard;lift every voice and sing.

Or have you deleted it from public view for your own purposes.
As you claim to request/demand proper behavior be shown to your website, I claim the same be given me in return.

If you've deleted what messages I've sent you, one by open Forum a few minutes ago and 2 last night to Customer Service, upon my receipt of your "VIOLATION NOTICE EMAIL, which I did not understand of its' reasons - then What and Why are you NOT responding by emailing in return?

It is exactly this type of hidden censoring at your will and whim, WHENEVER which enrages me.
Have you ever heard, sirs, What is Sauce for the Gander is Sauce for the Goose?

I'VE BY NOW REQUESTED THAT YOU REMOVE ME FORMALLY FROM YOUR MEMBERSHIP - AND THAT YOU KINDLY LET ME OFFICIALLY KNOW.
I'M WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE!
PLEASE RESPOND, so that I KNOW for certain you have done what has been requested of you.
Should you NOT to respond, I then am more than assured of your lack of the integrity you claim to have under convenient methods!

A letter arrived through my letterbox courtesy of my mail man. He had been given the envelope via another mail man. The envelope had been opened - presumedly read? by the second mail man and the front written on [ not very nice = abusive and threatening] I complained to the Royal Mail.
The letter had my name but the second mail man's address on.
I received a letter from Royal Mail stating among other things, it is a criminal offense to use someone else's address for Capital Gain and to please refrain from doing so.
I was floored to put it mildly. The letter/envelope in question was from my younger son's School informing me that he was late for School and consequently had after School detention. The envelope was water marked with the School Emblem on and had the name of the School on the front. How on earth is this capital gain?
Can someone please tell me what my options are. This is totally uncalled for - unprovoked and just plain nasty.

New Orleans Residents Arming Themselves
By MARY FOSTER
AP
NEW ORLEANS (March 24) - Sixty-four-year-old Vivian Westerman rode out Hurricane Katrina in her 19th-century house. So terrible was the experience that she wanted two things before the 2006 season arrived: a backup power source and a gun.

"I got a 6,000-watt generator and the cutest little Smith & Wesson, snub-nose .38 you ever saw," she boasted. "I've never been more confident."

People across New Orleans are arming themselves - not only against the possibility of another storm bringing anarchy, but against the violence that has engulfed the metropolitan area in the 19 months since Katrina , making New Orleans the nation's murder capital.

National Guardsmen and state police are patrolling the streets of New Orleans. In neighboring Jefferson Parish, which posted a record 66 homicides in 2006, the sheriff sent armored vehicles to protect high-crime neighborhoods.

In New Orleans, police have accused the district attorney of failing to prosecute many suspects. Prosecutors have accused the police of not bringing them solid cases.

there's this kid. we'll call him D. he's in band, too. he's fat, a sophomore, and plays flute and french horn.
one day (tuesday) i was wearing a rather low-cut tank top (i'd had a shirt over it but taken it off cos it was warm in the band room, and also raining). so this kid D, after like semi-conversing with him for a second (i never really liked
him), he was like 'hey Cate, lemme try to guess your bra size.' and this was in the middle of the band room (i think that the band director had left) and there were a few groups of people (mainly guys) scattered around the room. he said it reeeeeeeeally loud too. then he PEERS AT MY BREASTS and says, 'oh, you're a 36B. like i had to guess. i already knew.' and i was like, 'uh, no.' he rolls his eyes. 'i'm right. it's not like it's hard. you're just flaunting your boobs to me.' says i, 'no, i'm not. what's wrong with you?' and then my friend S (female) says, 'yeah, Cate, you kinda are. you flaunt your boobs.'
what should i do? told my mom.

My mom is in a nursing home and has suffered some brain damage due to being in a coma. She is getting therapy but still unable to speak on her own behalf. Her husband is her power of attorney. He had some papers signed stating the nurses and Doctors could only release information to him. I have tried talking to the Dr.'s and nurses & they say I have to talk to him. The problem is I don't want to talk to him due to his sexual advances and harrassment. Because I am unwilling to talk to him on a sexual level he will not talk to me at all concerning my mom.
I do not have the money to hire an attorney and am hoping there are some forms I can fill out or file with the courts by passing or making an exception to the laws keeping me from finding out even basic information.

Should your state Department of Motor Vehicles make it harder to get a Class D (passenger car) drivers license? Should drivers have to take a longer road test that would better demonstrate their driving skill? Should drivers have to show they know how to do basic car repairs (changing a tire, checking the oil, dealing with an overheated radiator ect) before they get a license? Would our roads be safer if it was harder to get a drivers license?

I am receiving registered mail, signature required from my past employer. Am I legally obligated to accept it? The problem is that I am not home when the mail comes and keep getting the notifications. It is also difficult to drive across town to pick it up during the post offices open hours and am often out of town.
