We need to look at the Texas State Bar site, get a complaint form and find out the rules of professional conduct.
One just needs to state on the complaint the EXACT rule that he violated. I think this is achievable.

Angela: I would still vote for Clinton. Gonzales , the former ENRON attorney needs to go.

Ultra: Isn't it a bad thing to LIE before Congress and the American people? Its breaking news he gave false testimony today about his firing of the 8 Federal Prosecutors. In otherwords he lied before Congress.
And if you feel that this is somehow OK for the US Dept of Justice Attorney General to do this, I wonder about your ideas of law and professional conduct.

I agree and we should disbar that traitor of the American judicial system.

Why? He can fire and hire at will. It's legal. It's in the Constitution. Clinton did it --- Bush should have done it when he first took office, and if he had dumped all the Clintonistas out of the CIA, Pentagon and State Dept., the Dems could never have created such spoiled-brat theatrics all these years.

The Congress has no business taking over the Executive Branch.

I would like to see some Federal Attorneys who have the huevos rancheros to go after William Jefferson and Harry and the rest of the corrupt legislators.

And yes, I'm a registered Libertarian. And we're taking names.

Just another axis of evil gone down, the bigger they are the harder they fall. He will go down with a thud. If we could just get rid of Bush, Cheney, and Rove as easy it would be a great day for this country. Lying to congress is a high crime, and misdemeanor, I think disbarment is probably possible. Where do I sign the complaint. .

He should be disbarred & deported. His green card probably ran out ten years ago.
