Under the Federal Juvenile Delinquency Act (18 U.S.C.A. §§ 5031-5042), a juvenile in possession of marijuana could be treated with more leniency than an adult for the same acts. Depending upon the amount of marijuana in the juvenile's possession, the criminal charge could be possession with intent to distribute.

Marijuana intoxication, although not a crime in itself, could result in charges of "juvenile delinquency," in connection with possession or other offenses.

Being under the influence of marijuana is very hard to determine without connection with other offenses, such as intoxicating resulting in negligent homicide, traffic violations, etc.

A minor, like everyone else, would be arrested for possession of marijuana (possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell of a controlled substance) or operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of marijuana (Driving under the influence of a controlled substance).

Procedure is the same regardless of age, it is the punshiment that will differ. For a minor, a marijuana charge would almost always be lesser than that of an adult.

They are the same for minors as for adults. The treatment of minors may differ (juvenile court proceedings rather than adult court), but the laws are the same.

It depends on what state you are in and how much pot you have on you. In Texas if you have over 2 ounces it is a felony and you would definitely get arrested for it.
