There needs to be a license you most 1st obtain before becoming a parent. If this does not happen America will continue to decline due to idiots having 3 and 4 times the children as productive society. Welfare is a joke, they keep having babies because the checks get bigger. If you really want to help these worthless sacks of meat don't give them a dime and demand that they seek employment, and education for their young. Education is free in America, why do so many go without it. It's not my responsibility as a christian or a taxpayer to support every lazy bum that refuses to work. Even the bible states "if you don't work you don't eat". Change how these people think and view life, then the other problems will disappear.

I would like to see all of the anti-abortionists have to pay for the medical, feed, clothe, nurture and generally take care of all of those they have saved. Life is tough and in a perfect world every body would breed like rabbits, no one would be born unloved or born into a world where there was not enough to eat, die before they were 3, etc. I am certainly not against keeping a women from having an abortion once the 2nd trimester starts but before that it's just a lump of tissue. Oh you say it has the potential to be a person? So every time a girl has a period without getting pregnant or some dude jacks off they are committing murder? The line is not so simple and it becomes even more blurred for the impoverished.
Come on anti-choice folks, get out those checkbooks. I don't think that the taxpayers should have to raise children that would never have been if you hadn't imposed your will on some 13 year old from welfarevil. We let thousands of old people and even some younger ones die all the time because they don't have proper health care or enough food to eat; is their lives any less important than a lump of tissue?
Like I said, life is hard sometimes.
And Babe you're right; I'm a guy (54 but still a guy) and I thouroughly believe in spreading it around. How about for a kid's parent(s) to go on welfare they must first get neutered (both of them). I'd go for that in a minute. 10% of the population is 95% of the problem (I just made those numbers up).

Last month there was a story in the news in Texas.........
The bodies of a 3 year old and a 6 month old were discovered underneath a home in north texas. Neighbors called the police when they noticed a strange smell. The mother and her boyfriend were believed to be the murderers of these two innocent children. They were found in garbage bags. This makes me feel so sick about how F***ed up and twisted and disgusting some people are. Why would anyone harm a child???????? Now, can any one of you hypocritical pro-lifer's tell me that it was better that those babies lived, to die so horribly? Those babies deserved life, but because they were born to a monster, they suffered horribly. If you knew that this could have been how some of these children ended up, wouldn't you try to push for pro-choice, so that these stupid assholes couldn't be parents? I mean, look, I have 3 children, and a wonderful husband, me, personally, I would never get an abortion, but that is just me. I will not judge anyone else for whatever decision they make with THIER own boddies. Frankly it is none of my business. The government can make sure these idiots become parents, but they can't make sure that the children are protected, and loved. Stupid people shouldn't become parents.

You are mistaken. Opponents of abortion in general also oppose taxes for social services that profit and make abortion readily available to the masses. Like Planned Parenthood which is a Federally founded program that made 50 million dollars last year. People that see the taking of human life as more than an accident feel that people should and can be responsible for themselves and provide for themselves without the assistance of responsi ble peoples tax dollars. To answer your last question, it's not our job to decrease abortions or guarantee a high quality of life to anyone. It's an individuals job to make those decisions, not the Governments. You can summarize all your questions by asking how do we take the stupid out of stupid people? It's not possible.

Start showing the boys video of a fetus developing, give boys sterility shots in 6th grade and VISECTOMY to any male who's name comes up as "baby daddy" for the second time, but different mother.
Better still, let's make a male equivalent penile/ prostate exam to the mamogram. I'm sure that a man invented the current one.
If one can experience what others feel, then and only then can they "See the Light". Understand that it "Is "That "Bad".
P.S. Every abortion protestor, should have to sign to take that baby HOME with them. There should be NO FOSTER CARE because the protestors are all caring for these kids that they insisted on.

They are referring back to the true morals of family. If you wait until marriage to have children, you're assisted by other means like spouse's medical coverage, new family, associations, education centers, etc. You love this person and they love you back which in turns promotes a positive, good relationship which contributes to the highest quality of life for the entire family. The way it was to be and no need for abortion.

Great question - hard answer. Simple answer is to create an education and health care system that is comprehensive, and free. Of course, and education system that teaches critical thinking, creativity and accountability threatens those whose thinking is bounded by strict parameters. And a comprehensive single payer health care system threatens the pharmaceutical and corporate hospital management companies. Please don't leave the dad's out of the equation either.

Well, the politicians are viewing these things on two different spectrums. Abortion they view as a moral issue, they others they view as fiscal issues.
While these people who oppose abortions tend to be more on the moral side, they simply believe in helping these people out of generosity and charity and not via the government. They believe that this is the best way to help out those in need, because big government tends to be inefficient in allocation resources to those in need. They aren't contridicting themselves in my opinion.

Remember when President Bush did his whole abstinence campaign thing, instead of sex-ed, in schools? Now that's STUPID!!! Some teens are going to have sex regardless of what anyone says. It's better to get the knowledge and resources out there, than to let the teens guess and make uneducated decisions.
Let's just all move to Canada, where healthcare is free.

i wish i could halp you. i verry strongly feel that abortion should be banned. it is murder, no matter how old the baby is. you are still murdering a person by doing htis. they hav a soul and a heart and a brain. they arent just little insignificant animals or what eva. you would have to be heartless to be able to do that or just not understand. you are dealing with some ones life and you choose to kill them. and wats worse is that they are just small inocent babys who rely on you becaus they cant rely on any one else. sorry i got a bit carried away. but if i could do some thing about this i would.
