i work in a photo lab...i am partialy disabled..may i have a chair??

That's an ADA question, not an OSHA question.

Your employer has to "reasonably accomodate" your disability - i.e. no massive retrofits of the lab, no expensive fixes, no decreased productivity because of your disability.

LOL; only if it costs more than you get paid in a year. OSHA is part of the reason many of the manufacturing companies have gone overseas. Safety is one thing but I have seen entire departments shut down because one outlet was too close to a sink (no kidding!).
