HOw can I break our lease? The problem is we can no longer afford the rent and need to find a cheaper place. Also, we get complaints about noise. we have 3 kids in an upstairs cheaply built apartment. Owner claims the cops have been out, but we called the police office and they said they have no record of any complaints. What can we do legally. Oh yeah, the owner is a lawyer.

Its very important to me that I be creamated after my death despite the fact that my family is against creamation. I want to know if there is any way I can make sure that my wishes are honored after I die even if my direct family doesn't like it and tries to over rule it.

I for one would not accept even calling them " peers" considaring some of the scum that have been given these titles, and the way they have been allocated, going back before L. Lucan to the present day. Numbers to many to display. there are some good men/women in the upper house, but they are all meaningless to me, I have worked for my bread and butter, but most of these people abuse the station they have gained

I don't understand how people could be so cruel to our children, I don't think that society should allow these people to just get in prisioned, they should be sentenced to life of torture. If society can inprision them, then they should be able to change the laws.Even the people that watch children being abused on internet for excitment are just as sick, and should get no leniance. Can't something be done to make our laws more punishable to these pedifiles?

My father has worked for a lady that's a contractor for a Home Building Company. He did some houses for her before Christmas last year. He asked her to pay him for the houses that he's done for her, but she claims that the company hasn't paid her. We went to the company's office today to ask if that was true, and they told us that she has been paid. We want to take her to court, and to put a "Lean" on the houses that my father did for her. How should we proceed? How do you put a "Lean" on the houses?
