Can the army take away our guns.In a legal way.

Yes, the government will try to confiscate your guns when, not if, they declare marshal law. It's happening after the next large scale terrorist attack is carried out. On 9/11, all of the targets weren't hit thankfully. Just keep in mind that we need to resist government corruption. The best government is the smallest one. Uncle Sam isn't against terrorists otherwise they would have closed the border. I know some of you might find this hard to believe, but the government is actually the one that carried out 9/11 as an excuse for the war and the patriot act. Sorry to be the carrier of bad news.

While it would be stupid, it is a possiblity. Why place muslims in internment camps and allow the rest of us to enjoy our freedoms? Because is our p.c. country which has descended into a delusional liberal state, that be discrimination. Discrimination is real, but NONE of these people have suffered following 9-11. The liberals don't even want us to be able to monitor their phone calls! But yes, as the government searches elderly grandmothers at airports rather than muslim scum, it appears likely that all of our guns will be taken away under Marshall Law if there is another terrorist attack.

There won't be another 9/11 event. Marshal law will not be declared. The Army will not take your guns. We still have the Second Ammendment.

Martial law does not suspend the Constitution.
If the cops are replaced by soldiers - the US Constitution still rules supreme. (And each of those soldiers swore primary loyalty to the US Constitution.)

Americans will be giving their guns away as easily as they are giving away the freedoms they have now.
Did you know that in NYC in the subways and buses it is LEGAL for a cop to look through your bags anytime they want????
You cant do anything in America anymore without living in fear and worry.

"IF" marshall law is ever declared, you lose ALL of your constitutional rights, including the right to bear arms.

There is little chance of martial law being put in place. And you don't have to worry about your weapons being taken away.

Dunno, but why do you need a gun? I don't........but then again, I can defend myself like few others.
