PSI stands for Pre-Sentencing Report. It's a report done by the probation officer and used by the judge in determining your sentence.

The PO will include information about the offense and the circumstances surrounding the offense. There will be information about the person's background, and any previous offenses that he may have committed. Any mitigating and any aggravating circumstances will be noted, and it will have any other information that the probation officer feels is relevant.
