i heard that some of the michigan prisoner could me getting out but they said that only the ones that are dying and are no longer threats to the community

some communities occasionally let non violent prisoners out of the physical jails due to overcrowding. these released prisoners are usually put on tether and home bound or are released into halfway houses.

personally, i think if you did the crime you do the time and if you don;t have as much space as you want that's too bad.

Hmmm wouldn't surprize me..with all the overcrowding we have in michigan....they've even let out some of the lessor criminals(ones that didn't commit crimes involving guns or children...domestic violence that sort of thing)

it's because of overcrowding,
As Michigans economy continues to decline, and layoffs and enemployment keep rising, this, Sadly makes the crime go up, and the lesser criminals are released from our overcrowded prisons.

YES it`s only if the prisoner is near death do they let him or her out
