Is there any recourse for this? I asked them to buy it back and they told me no. I contacted BBB and consumer affairs they can't really help me. Anything else

It seems to me if the death method does not include torture, and there is no question as to actual guilt, then it can be appropriate for the state to kill.

designing a law for my law class that bans abortion except for rape and incest.

I'm making it so that minors can get abortions without parental consent but women over 18 have to follow the law except when they can prove they were raped or were a victims of incest

Do you actually cash-in the actual giant novelty checks they give you for winning pro-golf tournaments and other such promotions?

That'd be pretty weird walking into a bank with a big *** check...

I'm not going to go into details, look it up on wiki if your confused. keep in mind that if the govt wants you taken down, they can "associate" you with a terrorist, and use the advantages of the USA PATRIOT act against you.
so- is it worth it? and why or why not?

I had a girlfriend in Michigan 18 years ago. I joined the ARMY 18 years ago & left Michigan. I live in North Carolina now. I found out that my girlfriend from Michigan was pregnant with my child 4 years ago (child was 14 at the time). I began paying child support directly from my check. Baby's Mom says there was a warrant taken out for my arrest 4 years ago for non-payment of child support. I'm wondering how I can find out if I was convicted of a misdeamenor or a felony in Michigan.
