I bought a used car from a big dealer in Upstate NY. It is an 03 and I asked the dealer if it was in any accidents and they told me it was in none. I went and found out that it was in 2 of them. Is there any recourse for this? I asked them to buy it back and they told me no. I contacted BBB and consumer affairs they can't really help me. Anything else

In most states, a used car sale is completed with a contract that states that the car is sold "as is". Regardless of what a salesperson says, the contract is the final word.

Unless there is a stipulation otherwise in the contract, consider this a lesson learned and live with it. There is nothing you can do but spread the word that this dealer is not to be trusted.

I don't think there is much you can do, sorry.
