i concur with the first poster except to add that the exception would be if a Dem is given presidential free-access to the documents.....they are allowed to stuff them down their pants-remove them from the building and shred them. Any Democrat caught doing this will have their security clearance revoked (then reinstated) after three years.

They are kept behind bullet proof glass, protected from light rays and in an inert gas. The documents drop down into bullet proof vaults below in case of emergency.

The majority of the documents are kept in acid free containers, in humidity controlled environments with lots of monitoring devices checking temperature and humidity. There are air filters and they are kept out of the light.
