hi i have a question my husband signed the affadavit n now the wont let him get no dna he wants to sign off he beleives his not his do the mother ahve to say yes or no to sign over rights????

If he signed an affidavit then he cannot renig on his statement. Unless there is other evidence/matters which can state otherwise.
