My sons father is going to court tomorrow for being over 1000.00 behind and I would like an idea of what will happen.

Here in PA I have seen the judge ask can you pay? If the defendant can - he pays and leaves with a warning - if not he goes to jail.

I rather like that system myself!

Not much. Usually the courts don't get involved until it's behind $5000.00 or more. Even then they usually garnish their wages. Ga courts don't really enforce child support like they should.
