I was cited for speeding and too dark of window tint, which has a court date and is a misdemeanor in Kansas. What exactly does that mean? Does it just mean it is not a traffic violation, or it is more serious? Should worry about being found guilty of it, or just tell the judge sorry your honor and pay it? I'm not sure why window tint would be considered a misdemeanor and different than a traffic violation and if its something I should be concerned about being convicted of. I know possible avenues of getting out of it, I just want to know if I should worry about it.

Here's the latest Presidential notch in his belt. I think he better write up some pardons for himself and the rest of his cronies before the New Year. January 5th is so far away, the damage this man can do with a stroke of the pen in that short time should frighten us all (the previous fearmongering aside) simultaneously. Censuring this Decider into his own little world may be the answer. Relying on signing statements to deny the will of the American people and it's legislators should be a Federal Crime, but those issues non-withstanding--Senator Levin should come up with enough evidence and testimony to get the job done. Were a forgiving Nation, but not to this extent. Giving pardons to convicted felons who made political contributions seems highly prosecutoral under common law. OOOHh Boy--I just can't wait to see what happens next!!

In this day and age, one must be a liar in order to succeed. That is a real problem for me. I am an honest person. I don't even lie to my wife. I mean think about it men. how honest is that? I know; it's hard core.

Anyway, I need to learn how to lie. in the George W Bush era, lying is a part of life. if it's ot bush lying to us, it's us lying to ourselves to deal with his "policy." So, how can I learn to be a stone cold liar? And most importantly, how do I avoid turing into a stone cold murderer like George W Bush? All I want to do is just learn how to lie so I can take better care of my family. I don't feel the need to kill 85% of the planet.

I'm Canadian and am very proud that we give women ownership on their bodies. It sickens me to see Bush chipping away at already weakened legal abortion law.

Our condo pres got elected for 5 months by proxy and during that time he has managed to fire, hire and fir , hire again 3property management companies in 5 months. The first property mgt co was here for 3 years and had it's contract renewed by the previous pres when the new prs came in and within 2 weeks cancelled the contract and everyone had to leave. The first property mgt co gave the condo corp a lawsuite worth$200,000 plus interest and legal fees for firing them "no just cause". The condo is in the middle of examing these actions. The past pres has not been re-elected and a new pres is responsible for overseein gthe mistakes of the past pres. The past pres threathens legal action is they find him personally responsible for the lawsuit as the corp will personally sue him for his irresponsible actions. If everything happens like this it could go on for years and I live here and worry about the cost to me for legal fees etc. Can anything be done to remedy this problem.?

My daughter was accused of stealing a cell phone, that she did not steal. She was harrassed by the vice principal for a whole day at school to the point where she was throwing up and very upset over the whole incident. When she went to the nurse because she was vomitting they told her they did not know what to do for her. Plus a good many of her teachers were talking about her in front of other students. Can I sue the school for this? This is not the 1st incident I have had with them. What type of lawyer would I contact?

My son was reported for bullying a girl. This girl liked liked him last week but when he rebuffed her it hit the fan.He was pulled from class and interragated by five teachers. Other students were also questioned. It came out that she cursed him out on school grounds but all witnesses backed him up for not bullying. He was then sent back to class. Now she has reported him again and he will be pulled from class tom. and interragated again. This girl is on meds for behavior problems already and I am not just taking my kids side. I have spoken to other kids and they have had problems with her also. Is it legal to just pull a minor in and grill him like this? How many times can this happen? What can we do?

This claim was stated as a response to I Walk Funny's question. I have studied the constitution and no where have I even seen something to support this claim. It states religious freedom, yes, but specificly Christiany, I think not. Please people don't start rumors about the founding fathers intent. It makes you look really bad. Could you please get the facts correct so as not to create rumors that may embarass you?

I work in a small Optical office and a man threw me up against a wall and put his arms around me and tried to kiss me after saying some very suggestive things to me. I got away and he told me "I better not get anything that is not coming to me" and walked out. This man did not seem very educated. I also found out he tried to do this to another woman today but got away before he did anything to her. What should I do?
