With all of the new laws to find dead-beat-parents it is much easier than it used to be, all you need is his ss#, date of birth, name, and the state to which he has moved. The child support services and IRS will take care of the rest for you. Just report his name to human services and they will provide an attorney for you. If he is behind on payments you have the right to his income tax as well. The payments should be taken directly out of his check and any court dates will be set in the area to which the claim is filed. Good luck.
