Hey, at least I can spell. Look here, this is for people to ask questions and get answers. I saw one of your other questions... and you ****** up at least very other word. So next time you decide to be a total dick to someone you don't even know, why don't you make sure you are a flawless person yourself so that way I have nothing to say about how idiotic you are. On this question, you managed to screw up marriage with “marraige.” So, I say to you, find something better to do with your pathetic life than to bother a 15 year-old with your stupid opinions.
p.s. this thing has a spell check, you'll probably be needing it.

I have to agree with Devil's Advocate and Jamie R on both that gay and polygamous marriages should be legal, and that neither of these should be compared to bestiality or pedifiliaty (is that even a word???). As far as gay or polygamous marriages being moral or immoral, that is a matter of opinion. Not everyone shares the same morals. For some people, divorce or interacial marriage is immoral, so should those be outlawed also? This is supposed to be a free country, and I think that consenting adults should be allowed to join in these types of marriages, should they so desire.

im all for gay marraige.2 consenting adults that just want what everyone elese gets. polygmy im not so sure of, a lot of them do marry the underage. and they also belive that women have little rights so almost all of the girls are forced into marriage, to a much older man that they may or may not be related to. incest and child sexual abuse are also breaking the law, and that goes on a lot in polygamy.

Without the obvious joking, you are absolutely correct. We should just throw out everything in our laws that reflect the American morality and see what happens.
At what point is it too young? Some children of 10 have the conscience of some adults at 30. Where do you legislate and why? It has only been in the last 100 years that children were not allowed to marry in the US and it is still done in many countries of the world. Certainly our freedom loving homosexual community would not gainsay their rights to do as they please.
It is difficult to try and live a moral existence but without it we have no civilization, just look at Africa and the Middle East. Death, destruction, despair and only the strong rule. Morality is not something that you wear when it pleases you.

It is ridiculous to compare gay and poly marriages to bestiality and molestation. Gay people are talking about marrying human beings, not animals.
As for underage marriage, the legal age to marry is generally 18 in the U.S, and we aren't talking about changing that law. You are bringing up arguments that do not relate to this issue.
It would only be fair to make polygamy legal if they make gay marriage legal though. I support both of these types of marriage because they aren't hurting anyone but maybe the parties involved (Hey straight people hurt each other all the time!), and because it just isn't right to govern other people's morals for them. I mean think about that...don't you like to decide your own morals?
Also, many gay marriages face alot of problems when separating or if one partner dies because of legal property issues, so they want to get married for practical as well as romantic reasons.
The bottom line is that people should be free to decide their own morals.
****Incidentally, I have been married to my husband for 8 years, I have no gay friends, and I do not live in Utah.

This kind of argument is a by-product of the U.S. Supreme Court's lies about the 14th Amendment and the Massachusetts Court's lies about that state's constitution.
The first thing you need to realize is that you CAN discriminate. You MAY do so. You MAY legalize gay marriage, if you want, but you don't HAVE to. You MAY legalize polygamy if you want, but you don't HAVE to. You may legalize either one without legalizing the other. And you may ban "sodomy" too, if you want, but you don't HAVE to.
That is, all of the above would be the case if the g--d---ed Supreme Courts (of the U.S. and of Mass.) would stop lying about the constitutions which they are interpreting.
I know that many conservative Christians are worried about this society going to Hell in a handbasket because of increased tolerance of the "sin of homosexuality." But my biggest worry is that we are going to Hell because of breaking the commandment: "Thou shalt not lie." The judges are liars. And no one is paying attention to that fact.

Morality should not be legislated in ANY form. Should Gay Marriage be legal, yes. Should polygamy be allowed, yes. As for the rest....well..saying no would negate my entire point and saying yes would initiate a slough of messages in my mailbox so I'll just leave by reinforcing my original statement that morality should NOT be legislated..

Marriage between consenting adults should be legal, so in my opinion both gay marriage and polygamy should be legal. Obviously, beastiality and marrying children should be illegal. Only an idiot would equate gay marriage and polygamy with those things. Does gay marriage scare you or something?

I have always believed that only two things should regulate the number of wives a man can have. First, his ability to support them, he can have as many as he can support (including children) without government assistance. Second, he can have as many wives as he can stand mulitple Mothers-in law!
