I have a relative pass away a month ago, I need his death certification for legal reason, but his daugther refuses give to me? Can I get it from anywhere such as goverment, hospital?

Go to the Superior Court clerks office, they will run you a copy for $1. It's public record, get 2, give one to the daughter for being so nice.

You can go to the National Statistics Office or any City Hall.

the surrogate court where the relative lived you can contact them about their policies but 0.25 /copy in person many are on line for phone and info
