President of Merchant association has requested authorities to allow them to a notice saying that any one who come in burkha should show his / her face while trading on sales counter.
There are two thefts with use of burkha andfrom the vidio the person cannot be identified due to burkha. M J Akbar rejected this but dint offer any solution on StarNew. What are your views.

the law in this country stinks its not law its tax collection the driver pays all the time for gods sake people stand up for yourselfs its our country not the goverments or the police they are there to do as the voters want not what they want come on fight back

Okay, so here's my problem. I am very careful with my ID, numbers etc but last time I called my mother she says people from places I would never do bissness with are asking for me at her number. (No I don't live with her.) I'm really new to what to do, because I figured if I was super careful I wouldn't have to learn. I know your supposed to report something stolen, (Wallet etc.) except I have that still. If it was stolen, it had to be during a move or by someone in my house while I was asleep. I'm already in debt with other things, and ID fraud does not help matters. I'm already living with a friend because I can't seem to find a job, so I'm too poor for a lawyer. What do I do?

If there is a "lost" will that is found and the parents did not make an allowance for having a child die before them as to how the estate would be divided upon thier death......(ie 3 children 1 dies before the parents) then is the estate still divided into 3 or is it divided into the 2 remaining children?

I'm 18 years old and my girlfriend is 16 years old. Her mom threatened her that if she found out that we had sex that she'd press charges against me...

Now, if we did have sex (which we haven't yet) it would be a mutual decision.

My question is...
What can her mom charge against me? Statutory Rape?

I was abused sexually as a child. i was brainwashed most of my life into thinking either,this cant' be true and other ways.The person that did this is now deceased but has an estate(this person was a relative).can i file a lawsuit against the estate? this suit is by no means "frivolous" as this abuse has affected me horribly and i have stacks of psychiatric/pschological records to back it up.

Obviously the AMA has a hard time determining the perfect diet, but Pizza Rolls and french fries 29 out of 30 days a month seems criminal to me. And their are a lot of parents that are about that careless with their children's diets.

Is that not neglect?

My ex makes a lot of money (and doesnt pay support) but bribes my oldest son who is 8 with video games, money, etc. He never gave him the time of day before but is now trying to get custody because he doesnt wan to pay support. I am flat broke and cant afford to give my son these things and now he is wanting to move with his dad. His dad has drug and alcohol problems which is very hard to prove. I am just afraid that my son telling the court he wants to live with him may effect the judges decision and my kids lives would be ruined if they lived with their dad as would mine. My son is being brainwashed. Any advice would be appreciated.

i am practically limited to my house because he and his friends continually drive in and out of my driveway.he is a mexican immigrant and they hang out by my bathroom window and are parking in my backyard. and, he's been telling my landlord who knows what because i got a very rude note taped on my door telling me i have til tomorrow to move a shed i put in my yard for storage and to thwart the people from using my driveway. i've lived here 2 1/2 yrs. with no contract, i keep receipts! i know my landlord thinks he can kick anyone out at anytime for any reason. he has done no repairs at all since i've been here. all the other duplexes in town have privacy fences, i need the same. what do i do about this? oh, and i live in kern county...

I purchased a foreclosure on August 29th. After we had done a final walkthrough. Once we moved in we realized that there was hail damage to the roof from August 26th, (our new neighbors told us a hail storm came through) We had the roof checked out and sure enough the roof was damaged. (Not visible from the ground or at walkthrough) We contacted the Mortgage company's insurance, they came out and assessed it and aproved a payment for repair. Now the mortgage company is refusing to pay, they are keeping the money to cover what they lost in the short sale on the foreclosure. Is this even legal?

I had an inspection prior to the hail storm. I did not know a hail storm had came through until I had moved in and found out from the neighbors. There was noone living in the house so the sellers were not aware of the storm either. During the walkthrough there was no way from the ground I could tell there was any damage to the roof. Even when up there recently I was unable pointed out to me

I have recently had an interlock ignition installed on my vehicle. I wanted to know how many 12oz. beers you could drink the night before, and still not blow above a 0.0. I am 185lbs, 6’1 tall, and 25 yrs old. It is very important to me, as I have just gotten my license back after 9 yrs. I am not risking another charge, and sure do not want to put anyone in danger ever again. Knowing from personal experience would probably be most helpful.
