Ahh -nothing better than shades of truth. How about both and neither. The goverment is paying for the flight/travel expenses but Barry not charging for lodging.

The government are always right even though they are totally wrong. Blair and company always tell the truth. If you believe that you will believe anything. I think that they are paying even though probably technically they shouldn't be.
