Not long ago some dacoits looted a Bank clad in Burka.
What will you do ?

A 'pardanashin' lady can not be forced to show her face while opening an account in a Bank, as per law.
What will you do ?

In north Indian villages where every married woman has to cover her face with veil.
Can you force them to show their face ?

Only two instances as shown on CCTV can not generalise that all women wearing Burkah are miscreants.

And what about the innumerable loots which were commited by others who were not wearing Burkah ?

On a channel one man was also shown stealing a lap top in his 'dhoti'
On another channel the airport emloyees were shown stealing valuables from the travellers bags.

Now to issue such a guideline is not an answer but it would be appropriate to increase vigilence to stop such incidence.

The guideline has another objective, to be precise. To malign the Muslims.

God knows who were the ladies shown on CCTV. Many a times they have been caught red handed and turned out to be Non-Muslims.

A simple solution would have been appreciated. There are women employees in each Jewellery shop and if there is any unwarranted activity is noticed, they can ask the Burkah clad woman to show her face.

Or even women employees can ask the Burkah woman to unveil their face before starting a dealing.
