i am practically limited to my house because he and his friends continually drive in and out of my driveway.he is a mexican immigrant and they hang out by my bathroom window and are parking in my backyard. and, he's been telling my landlord who knows what because i got a very rude note taped on my door telling me i have til tomorrow to move a shed i put in my yard for storage and to thwart the people from using my driveway. i've lived here 2 1/2 yrs. with no contract, i keep receipts! i know my landlord thinks he can kick anyone out at anytime for any reason. he has done no repairs at all since i've been here. all the other duplexes in town have privacy fences, i need the same. what do i do about this? oh, and i live in kern county...

I think you would be better off getting out if you can. I would make him tear down the shed and then take him to small claims court to get the value back. Take pictures of the backyard, and the shed as it is before the shed is down.
Call the town to see if the guy needs a license to operate.

Move. If things are that bad, your landlord is probably siding with your neighbor, and things are not going to get any better.

well i think bye law he has to give you 30 days written notice and to tell you why he is kicking you out .if not i would talk to a attroney and sue his $ss
