it came in the form of a letter from the defense atty's.office
to the DA office; and to the DMV hearing officer who both said to me that I was not needed by ("EITHER OF THEM") the letter didnt go through the court system. it wasnt a court summons
it was a dmv hearing. usually I am paid by the dmv or DA

My testimony, was already in writing;..... I would not be paid for my time or testimony.
I requested payment to the defense Atty office with no response. But then he the defense atty. wrote back to hearing officer and said that I was in contempt.& then the letter ended there..... Now what?

Aaron Russo, Hollywood producer of THE ROSE and TRADING PLACES made a film this year titled FROM FREEDOM TO FASCISM (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4312730277175242198) and challenges the legality of the Federal Reserve System and the collection of Income Tax from private citizens.

The story is not reported in the national media since the corporations stand to gain by the continuation of the Fed and the Income Tax.

Think about it zipperheads!

When people commit suicide they no longer pay taxes, putting the burden on everyone else.

I say we should give them a fair trail then sentence them to death!

With a good lawyer the suicide victim will live the next 15 years on death row. The lawyers will make a killing on all the appeals even though the person has been dead from the git go.

Besides it is easier to kill someone after he is already dead....or is that possible? hmmmm

I had to have some emergency car repairs and wrote a check but then couldn't honor it. It was turned over to an aggressive collection agency who said they would only take the full payment via Western Union. They have threatened to send law enforcement to my job and arrest me. Can they really go that far?

my mother always treats my sister better than me, she gives her anything she wants, but when i ask, she treats me like sh** and she always tells me no. i am a gay/lesbian female, and thats the only thing i can say my mother just really hates about me. my sister does drugs, she hoes around, she never does anything for my mother (i'm always the one coming to help my mother out) and she stays gone all the time and doesn't like to do simple things. I believe that my mother treats me this way because my father left her when he found out she was pregnant, and my sister's father didn't . i hardly do a lot around the house as it is, but stay to myself, and clean up every now and then. what can i do to be able to move out next year? i would love all the answers i can get. i am currently looking for a job, so if anyone has any suggestions, i'm open. god bless and thank you (yes i believe in god!!!!)

My great-grand parents set up a trust fund for me when I was ten years old. They gave my parents paperwork on it at the time it was purchased, but that was long ago. My great-grand parents have since passed, and my parents have no idea where the paperwork they were given is now. There are no family members who would have known about, much less had access to, this trust fund.

It was purchased in the state of Florida, in either Santa Rosa or Escambia county (most likely Escambia). I have searched probate court records in both counties to no avail. Does anyone know how I could find information on it?

My white trash neighbors have a kid that yells and screams all day and I have missed out on some VERY valuable naps (I have a baby and I am a single mother, so sometimes I get hardly ANY sleep). I went over there today and asked in the most polite way I knew how if they could consider asking him not to yell so loud. Both the husband and wife came out in their dirty clothing and said they'd never ask me something like that and that he's only 4, and what are they supposed to do, etc. Then after I went inside, the woman came outside and yelled loudly at her husband that "It's not our problem! It's HERS!!!" I need sleep and I can't have their kid's incessent screaming keep me from it anymore. What can I do?
