The way he is handling the Duke 'rape' case--I guess it's kidnapping now, since they dropped rape from the charges--is sickening.

Don't you find it entertaining that even the average person can see how riduculous this case is, yet he is still pursuing this case? A recent poll shows that 85% of the people think that Nifong should drop all charges. Hello Mike, is there anyone home?

This guy needs to be dis-barred. He is a disgrace. I can't beleive the State Attorney General hasn't stepped in on this case.

I think he has a hidden agenda. Why else would he still pursue it. His case fell apart months ago.
