I am a draftsman working for Central government of India. My duties are to prepare Drawings / Designs for the Engineering works. Where as i have been forced to prepare legal documents of tenders for works which is not at allmy duty as per my designation and even i don't know / not trained in preparation of legal documents. Further i have been forced to adopt some unethical practices in favour of a sect of people. These are all un-connected with legal duties of my job and creating lot of mental agony to me. I am not able to decide on what i have to do in this regard. Kindly advise and help.

At the bottom of the transaction page it even had job openings for yahoo and their copyright 2006 Yahoo! Inc. All Rights Reserved. The Yahoo trade mark looked just like the one on the web page for yahoo finance. The only reason I even did it was because I have used yahoo for a long time and did not think that they could use yahoo like that to do it. So what are my options now?

Should affirmative action be legal? Please give pros and cons? Also, thinking about Jesus’ parable of the unjust steward, what moral issues come to play here? What does this say about servant leadership and the Golden rule? Why do you think the steward did wrong? What do you think the moral lesson was that Jesus was trying to teach? What is the difference between teological and deontological theories? What does Kant say about God’s law and morality? What did Plato say about virtue ethics? What is the ethics test approach?

Every time I bring up an interest in pursuing Law School and a career in criminal law, I hear the same broken record. People seem fixated on the idea that criminal defense lawyers rigorously try acquit people they know are guilty. I've never taken an ethics class and I don't know the laws, but is this true?

Are lawyers supposed to receive admissions of guilt from their client? If a client confesses to his/her representation, wouldn't that make it unethical to submit a plea of not guilty? For some reason, I have it in my head that clients, if guilty, are supposed to tell everything BUT the dirty deed for best representation. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

I'm not biased for/against defense lawyers. It's not my area of interest, but it is interesting area of ethics nonetheless!

This a clip of an article written by Matin Yaqzan...unbelievable...

"if a promiscuous girl becomes a victim of an unwanted sexual
experience, it would be more reasonable for her to
demand some monetary compensation for her inconvenience
or discomfort, rather than express moral outrage, or
try to arouse emotional response in others of the kind
that the word "rape" evoked in yesteryears."
