I wassent home but it caused very severe damage to the windows and belonging's etc

prove it was the fault of the company, packaging or the golf ball itself as they will prove you either punctured it, put it in the sun or on a heater or hot surface.

is a 1 buck ball worth the hassle? this attitude everyone has of sue sue sue is just sick.

guess that means if you sneeze in my direction I can sue you for the attempted effort of giving me germs or a virus. come on.

umm i doubt it -- because the fact the ball exploded would depend on why it exploded. That would be like the story of the woman in California who had the can of biscuits explode in her back seat in the heat -- it wasnt the manufacturers problem, it was the buyers fault. So my guess -- No. And on the other hadn... whats the point in suing? People sue over anythign in this country anymore. Kinda a dumb thing to sue over.

You dad burn skippy you can. It's called golf ball explodiates and is very dangerous. Call a lawyer and sue the balls off of those turkeys........
