Only if the mother has remarried and the new husband wants to adopt the child.A child can not be made "fatherless" in the state of Pa.This is what my lawyer told me.

all but the obligation to pay child support, he can give up all rights to visit and all custody rights, ( if the other party has remarried and wants to adopt) all rights can be given up.

But the state holds interest in case there is welfare recieved latter by the child so they can go back against the other parent

I have an suggestion go get a vasectomy. People that give up their kids cannot have a heart. Do you not relize that a baby is a gift not a burden. Its a shame that your able to reproduce.
