One doesn't have to be from Singapore to suggest you look at your employment contract. But most bonuses are discretionary. Unless there is something different about Singapore law under which bonusess are vested, perhaps pro rata -- and something about Singapore custom under which they are measurable, or divided in some measurable way across the board, among employees.
Employment Act, art. 107A (Calculation of pay) doesn't change any of the above.

You made a contribution to the success of the company during the past year. Your bonus should be pro-rated according to the number of days you worked there. If they do not follow up in giving you a bonus then consider yourself lucky that you did resign. At least now you know what they really think of you as an employee.

You have to check the company policy. But most company in S'pore do not pay their employees year end bonus if they resigned earlier than 31 Dec of the year. If you haven't resigned yet, just bear with it for another one month so that you can take the year end bonus.

Upon your resignation, you are no longer an employee of the company. Thus, you are no entitled to the year end bonus.
