The courts have become less tolerant of cases of rape when the girl pulls a boy back to her place, gets him nude, and asks him to stop short of sex or to pull out. And when he doesn't, she takes him to court. Rape is awful, but I hope this is what Matin Yaqzan was responding to.

well in a way i can see how he can feel that but rape is an unwanted act. if a promiscuous woman says no then that should be that. however in court it probably would look more as a facade if she demonstrates an emotional response to the rape because of her careless sexual background with multiple men. the court may not believe her humiliation, emotion and despondence. A monetary award just may be the only option. this is not fair though but our backgrounds and affiliations are always considered in court. Rape is heinous and if someone says no, then no it should be.
