Yes you have to get a passport for everyone in your family and it expires every five years for kids and every ten years for adults.
Okay first you obtain a passport application from the post office or you can download one from the internet. Then take two passport pictures for everyone in your family and like your kids don’t have picture ID’s you can take your picture ID or driver's license to the post office and that’ll do for both of your kids. You need your family's original birth certificate and also money to pay for the passport and then you take all that to the post office.
Ask them how long it will take for your passports to arrive.

I had to get my passport a week ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I hope this helped you :)

Yes, everyone even the tiniest baby needs an individual passport.

You can go to the post office and get the applications. You will need two passport photos for each person. I am told some post offices are now taking the photos but there are photo shops that can do this too.

You will need certified birth certificates and social security cards for each person and you and you husband will have to send copies of your State ID or drivers licenses.

Go to your local post office pick up the pass port forms, fill them out. add your children into the applications. I do not knwo if children in that age would need a pass port. I think they be added into the parents pass port. But you can ask that there.
