I am a Chinese student studying in a university in the UK, I wonder if I could drive my car to France (maybe through the channel tunnel) with a Chinese driving licence. And a further problem with this is that: the original licence is in China under an annual inspection and all I have now in my hand is a duplicate of the original driving licence and that duplicate is issued by the Chinese government. Thank you for answering my question!

I am writing an argumentative paper for my english comp class and this is the topic thatwas assigned? I believve that they should. These people know the difference between right and wrong, are able to make knowledgeable decisions, and if they so choose to make theses decisions should be able to face the appropriate consequences. However, to write an effective paper, I would like to get others opinions on this. Do you agree or disagree with me? Please explain either way. Thank you for your help!

I would like to know if 16 and 17 is still considered a minor.I know this
guy who is being charged for statutory rape and he was a minor himself.I think the laws should be changed to a certain extent with consenual sex.even though the girl is a minor she still wanted the sex.Alot of these girls go after these older boys and some of them try to get these guys into trouble.Im not saying the guy isnt wrong either because he is as well too.He is wrong for having sex with her and she is wrong for wanting to have sex with a older guy when she knows how old the guy is.she should not be having sex period. Also no offense but I have notice when a guy has sex with a underage black female he does not get much time but if he have sex with a white female he gets major time.Im not the only one who notice this because other people heard of this as well.I k now guys who went with underage girls who were black but did not get much time at all but with white females you have serve major time.

I do a bit of part time work in addition to my full time job and my boss has decided that those who have children should get first choice at booking days off (i.e. Christmas, Easter etc). Why should I get second choice? They chose to have kids, I chose not to - why should they get preferential treatment?

at the store yesterday, this 4yr old just slapped this sales floor worker like that.
b4 u could say "what was that", the girl flicked the kid over and spanked him 3 hot times.
that caused quite a stir cos the woman(mom) flipped and attacked the girl. the store manager had to come over.. blames were traded.
whats ur take?? is it a crime to spank a kid?? can the girl b sued 4 over slapping the kid on the buttocks? after all the 4yr old slapped her on the face, while she was bent over arranging some items.
