She has you hands down
sooner or later physical violence comes home to roost
it really doesn't matter in the least that she "wanted yoiu after the FACT"---this can be read as the woman trying to find some reconciliation --- actually viewed as a compensatory move of her part (however ill advised and crazy)
Prepare your butt for the roasting pan my man -- the system has no regard for such actions at all anymore and you are about to learn the payscale for such activity !!!

She wins hands down. You abused her. It doesnt matter if she was disillusioned enough to think she still wanted you or if she was scared to pretend she didn't. Especially if she's planning on persuing the matter still. Does not matter a bit if she still wanted you. Not in the least. I hope they throw the book at you.

It does not matter if she thought she wanted you back or not...YOU STILL ABUSED HER. And, honestly, what kind of a "man" and I use the term loosely, but what kind of a "man" are you that you would hit a woman anyway? SHAME ON YOU!!!
