we get charged for playin our radio to loud since other ppl can hear it so why shouldnt they be charged for marchin up to some ones door step and singin, and do ppl still do this, i live in a small town i no one actually does that here

No they shouldn't. The reason is simple. They leave if you tell them to. The reason you get charged for disturbing the peace for playing your radio too loud is because you don't turn it down when asked!

no usually the only way carols come up to your door, is if you live in a rich town, where people like that stuff, and i think now carols get paid to come to your door and sing IN THE COLD, so i dont think u could charge a carol anyways.

If they don't leave if/when asked to leave, then I don't see why they couldn't be charged with disturbing the peace, or at least trespassing.

Depends whether they can actually sing! And if they are willing to perform more than three bars of music before demanding payment.
