In Italy with all the one which succeeds (it read it Italian is too much permissive), bamini victims of a murder, stuprati, and the guilty after some year (between condoni, indulti, good conduct), are outside from the jail is often once outside comettono the same crimes. Often the rabia it takes the sopravento, is then you ask yourself if the capital punishment in some case is truly unjus

I'm not at all. Most Americans I know believe God should be the only one to determine when someone dies , and that capital punishment is murder.

Americans have various views on capital punishment, and it is left up to state's rights. Some states are in favor, while others are against....those in favor have different ways ot killing the criminals (injection/gas chamber, etc....we haven't hung anyone in awhile, but who knows?
